Welcome to Wagsly. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wagsly.uk and any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We make every effort to display our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour or measurement may occur. All products are subject to availability.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and promotions at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Orders

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & refunds

Our return terms are set out on our Returns & Refunds page, including our 30-day money-back guarantee. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Wagsly and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Our products are intended for normal domestic pet use. Wagsly is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
