At Wagsly, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery.

🚚 Free UK shipping on all orders over £25. Orders under £25 are charged a flat rate of £3.99.

Dispatch time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. During busy periods or sales, delivery may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking your order

Every order is fully tracked. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track My Order page using the tracking number from your confirmation email.
