How to start a return
Email our team at support@wagsly.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with simple step-by-step instructions within 24 hours.
Return conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be in their original condition, clean and with any packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, please ensure the mat has been wiped down before returning.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the funds.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.
