Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders within the UK generally arrive within 5–14 working days. This means your order will reach you within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of purchase.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses across the UK. Deliveries to remote areas and the Scottish Highlands may take a few extra days.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include full tracking. You can check the status of your delivery at any time on our Track Your Order page using the tracking number from your confirmation email.
